Turning Out Tulips

Turning Out Tulips

Continuing on my horseshoe trend, I decided to make some flowers. I had some different ideas, and I'm sure as I create more art, those different designs will come to life; but I decided to start with tulips! Made from horseshoes and rebar, these super cute tulips were fun to make and look so great in grassy corners of my yard!

Scroll through to see some of the process of their creation!

Started out welding the horseshoe halves to the rebar in the form of a tulip.

Final assembly after adding the leaves.

Pre-paint selfie, all suited up and ready to color!

On the drying rack!

These tulips are so photogenic!

The tulip trio.

These tulips made a special appearance at my booth at the Plymouth Waterfront Festival!
